Bryce Porter is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with over 14 years of experience specializing in staffing and workforce solutions across the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries. Most recently, Bryce served as the Director of Staffing Operations at Moonshot Solutions, where he led strategic hiring initiatives, optimized operational workflows, and helped scale dynamic, mission-driven teams.

Prior to that, he spent nearly 13 years at Aerotek/Actalent, advancing to the role of Practice Lead. During his tenure, he built and managed high-performing teams focused on delivering exceptional talent to AEC clients nationwide, becoming a trusted advisor in a fast-moving, competitive sector.  Known for his strategic mindset, people-first approach, and deep industry expertise, Bryce is passionate about connecting talent with opportunity and driving meaningful growth for organizations.

Bryce earned his degree from Rockhurst University, where he also competed as a collegiate soccer player; an experience that shaped his leadership style, team mentality, and competitive edge.

Bryce is based in Kansas City and enjoys spending time with his wife, Brooke, and their two daughters. Together, they make the most of the outdoors, whether it's hunting, fishing, or simply enjoying nature.
