Chris Stich is a highly accomplished talent acquisition leader with over 15 years of experience in recruitment, sales management, and strategic business development. Known for his innovative approach to sourcing, onboarding, and retaining top talent, Chris has built a reputation as a results-driven professional who delivers exceptional staffing solutions across industries

Chris began his recruiting career in 2008 as a Technical Recruiter in Life Sciences/Clinical Research with Aerotek. Despite the challenges of the Great Recession, he quickly excelled, earning promotions and expanding his scope within the organization.

In 2015, Chris was instrumental in launching Aston Carter in Phoenix, focusing on Accounting and Finance recruitment. His leadership and vision were pivotal in growing the division, culminating in his promotion to Divisional Practice Lead in 2018. Under his guidance, the division earned multiple accolades, including Division of the Year in 2019, a testament to his ability to mentor teams, build key client relationships, and execute successful business strategies.

In 2021, Chris took the role of Division Director at Beacon Hill Staffing Group in Portland, OR, where he launched and grew the Accounting and Finance Division. His strategic vision and operational expertise drove consistent revenue growth, reinforcing his reputation as a leader who can deliver results in competitive markets.

Now serving as Managing Director at Legado Talent, Chris brings his wealth of experience to the firm, partnering with his mentor Justin Sigg to build a world-class staffing agency that excels in both client service and talent acquisition. His leadership is marked by a data-driven approach, innovative strategies, and a focus on sustainable growth.

Chris is based in Portland, OR and enjoys spending time with his wife, Breeze, and pit bull, Django, while exploring all that the PNW has to offer. Outside of business hours (and occasionally during!), you will find Chris chasing a lower golf handicap, hiking in Forest Park, paddle boarding on the Columbia River and snowboarding at Mt. Hood.
