Jake Daniel is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with 4 years of experience in recruitment, business development, and vendor management. Known for his expertise within the Finance & Accounting industry, Jake has built a reputation as a results-driven professional who delivers exceptional staffing solutions in the Pacific Northwest. 

After graduating from Oregon State University, Jake began his recruiting career in 2021 with Beacon Hill Staffing. He helped to build out the division in Portland and quickly excelled, expanding his responsibilities within the organization. He then joined Two Degrees where he was primarily responsible for business development and recruiting in the Portland, and San Francisco markets.  Jake has experience working with clients and candidates ranging from startups to global conglomerates. 

Jake is based in Portland, OR and enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and dog. Outside of business hours, you will find Jake on the golf course, watching sports on TV, or out exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
