Justin brings over 15 years of high-level recruiting and operational leadership experience to the Legado Talent team. Over the course of his career, he has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor and builder of high-performing teams within some of the country’s most competitive industries.
Prior to founding Legado Talent, Justin held senior leadership roles at one of the nation’s leading staffing firms, where he was instrumental in growing regional operations and developing top tier recruiting teams. His expertise spans multiple sectors, with a particular focus on executive and staff-level permanent placement across Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Banking, Fintech, and Insurance.
Justin is known for his hands-on, relationship-first approach. He partners closely with founders, executives, and hiring leaders to align talent with long-term business goals. His deep understanding of both the client and candidate journey ensures successful placements that drive growth and stability.
Over the years, Justin has consistently ranked among the top performers in his field, earning recognition for operational excellence, sales leadership, and team development. His commitment to delivering exceptional service and results is at the heart of Legado’s values.
Prior to graduating from the University of Kansas, Justin was a student-athlete in both football and track. He brings the same level of discipline and competitive spirit from the field into every client engagement.
Now, based in the Kansas City area, Justin enjoys life with his wife Karely and their three children. Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying quality family time, traveling, or cheering on his favorite teams.
