Riley began her career as a recruiter at one of the nation’s leading staffing firms, achieving early success and quickly recognized as the agency’s top recruiter. Promoted to Account Manager, she expanded into client-facing roles and sharpened her sales experience while mentoring junior recruiters and building a team of her own. After achieving sustained success, Riley continued her professional journey aa an Executive Manager where she excelled in full-desk operations while hiring and mentoring new talent below her. A top biller and producer, her focus on understanding customer needs while cultivating strong relationships has proven to be a winning formula.
